We have a 300 Ft. long, by 72 Ft. wide indoor, boat dry storage facility, and plenty of room on this 20-acre parcel for additional outside storage.

PARKING:
There is ample parking on the property, and all parking areas are located very close to the boat docks.

MERCURY AUTHORIZED SERVICE CENTER:
Our Service Center staff consists of certified technicians, and tools & equipment needed to service, or repair your boat.

COMMERCIAL BOAT RAMP:
We have one of the best boat ramps on this side of the lake.

HYDRAULIC TRAILERS:
Capable of lifting large size boats.

GAS DOCK:
Our gas dock is easily accessible. We sell regular, and premium gasoline, at very competitive pricing. At the gas dock, there is also a concession store for pop, candy, ice cream, water, ice, and other items, including boating supplies.

PUMP OUT SERVICE:
Pump out service is available at our gas dock.

WASHROOMS & SHOWERS:
There are several clean shower and washroom facilities on the property.

GROUNDS & PICNIC AREA:
The property is landscaped, and manicured on a regular basis. Picnic benches are located directly in front of the boat docks on the landscaped lawn area.
